(More customer reviews)This squid lid is just what it's supposed to be. It's comfortable and it keeps your head warm. I surf in Southern California, which may not get as cold as a lot of other parts of the world, but it's still cold enough that there are mornings when I wouldn't go out if I didn't have this thing. It's worth it just to block out the wind, but it also traps in heat that would otherwise be lost through the top of the head.
